An independent retail shop run by one person, stocking products from the official Pudgy Penguins collection. Not operated by or affiliated with Pudgy Penguins, Inc.
WHO CAN ORDER
You must be 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian's permission. The shop ships to addresses in the United States only.
PRODUCTS
I describe and photograph products as accurately as I can. Product photography is supplied by the brand for retailer use, so colors and packaging may vary slightly in person. Quantities are limited, and what the shop shows is what exists.
Pax Pengu, Polly, and Pudgy Penguins are trademarks of Pudgy Penguins, Inc. and are used only to identify the products sold.
PRICING AND ERRORS
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Changes never affect an order that's already confirmed.
If a product is listed at the wrong price or described incorrectly by mistake, I may cancel the order. You'll be told and fully refunded before anything ships.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email. I may decline or cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if an order looks fraudulent. In every case you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.
You can cancel any time before the shipping label is made.
PAYMENT AND TAX
Payment is taken by card through Stripe at checkout. Sales tax is added where required by law.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND DAMAGE
Shipping times, costs, returns, lost parcels, and damaged items are covered in the Shipping and Returns policy.
PRODUCT SAFETY
Please follow the age guidance and safety warnings printed on each product's packaging. Some items, like the snowglobe, contain glass or small parts and aren't suitable for young children. Supervise children as the manufacturer recommends.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products are sold as supplied by the manufacturer, and manufacturer warranties, where offered, apply. To the extent the law allows, the shop's total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

The shop's text, design, and layout belong to Sauciii's Toy Shoppe. Brand photography and trademarks belong to their owners. Please don't copy or reuse site content without permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
