This policy explains what information I collect when you shop at https://sauciiitoyshoppe.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. It's a one-person shop, so the short version is: I collect what I need to get your order to you, and I don't sell your information to anyone.

Sauciii's Toy Shoppe is registered with the Nassau County Clerk, New York, as a business conducted under an assumed name, filed 18 September 2026. A postal address is being set up and will be published here as soon as it is issued. Until then the fastest and most reliable way to reach the shop for anything, including a formal notice, is shop@sauciiitoyshoppe.com, which is answered within 30 days and usually far sooner. Everything else on this page applies in full today.

WHAT I COLLECT

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and optionally a phone number.

Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches this site and I never see or store it. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

When you contact the shop: your message and whatever contact details come with it.

Your cart: saved in your browser so it's still there when you come back. This stays on your device.

Basic site data: like most websites, the server may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. I use this only to keep the site running and secure.

HOW I USE IT

To process, ship, and track your order
To send order confirmations, tracking numbers, and replies to your questions
To handle returns, refunds, and damage claims
To calculate and collect sales tax where required by law
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
To send shop news, but only if you ask to be notified. You can opt out any time.

WHO I SHARE IT WITH

Only the services needed to run the shop:

Stripe to process payments
USPS and my shipping label provider, Pirate Ship, to deliver your parcel
Tax, legal, or law enforcement authorities when the law requires it

I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

Order records are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and returns, generally up to 7 years. Messages and notification requests are deleted when no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

YOUR CHOICES

You can email me at any time to:

See what information I have about you
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete your information, except records I'm required to keep for tax purposes
Stop receiving shop updates

I'll respond within 30 days.

CHILDREN

The shop sells toys, but it's intended for purchases by adults. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me their information, email me and I'll delete it.

SECURITY

Payments run through Stripe's secure checkout, and I limit who can access order information to me. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your information, I'd notify you as required by New York law.

CHANGES

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
