SHIPPING
Every parcel ships with tracking. You'll get the number by email when the label is made. Transit times are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee, and can run longer in December.
RETURNS
Unopened items, 30 days, refund to the original payment method.
Email shop@sauciiitoyshoppe.com within 30 days of delivery and I'll send return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once the item arrives back, usually within 3 business days of that.
Return shipping is yours unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered. Then I cover it both ways.
Damaged in transit: photograph the parcel and the item and email shop@sauciiitoyshoppe.com within 7 days of delivery. The snowglobe is glass and ships double-boxed; if it arrives broken you get a replacement or a full refund, your choice, no return needed.
Preorder items follow the same return rules once delivered. If an order is canceled because stock doesn't arrive, you're refunded in full to your original payment method.
Original shipping is not refunded on a change-of-mind return. Orders that qualified for free shipping have the actual postage cost deducted from the refund.
