Is there a minimum order?

Yes, $20.00 before tax and shipping. Below that the shipping costs more than the parcel is worth, which is a bad deal for you rather than a rule for its own sake.

How do I pay?

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Payment happens on Stripe's own page, so this shop never sees or stores your card details.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not shipped, yes. Email shop@sauciiitoyshoppe.com with your order number and I will sort it. Orders usually leave within two business days, so the sooner the better.

Do you take orders from outside the United States?

Not yet. Shipping is United States only. Customs, duties and returns across a border are more than one person can handle properly, and doing it badly would be worse than not doing it.

How much is shipping?

From $7.50, priced by parcel weight. Free on orders $69.98 and over.

How long does it take?

Within 2 business days, then typically two to five business days in transit with USPS Ground Advantage. Transit times are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee, and December runs slower.

Where does it ship from?

New York, USA. Packed by hand, one person, not a warehouse.

Do I get tracking?

Every parcel. The number reaches you by email when the label is made. It can take a few hours to show its first scan, which is normal and not a problem.

My tracking has not moved. Is it lost?

Usually not. Ground Advantage often scans at pickup and then not again until it is close. If nothing has moved in seven days, email me and I will chase it.

What is the returns policy?

Unopened items, 30 days, refunded to the original payment method. Email shop@sauciiitoyshoppe.com within 30 days of delivery and I will send instructions.

Who pays return postage?

You do, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. Then I cover it both ways.

Photograph the parcel and the item and email me within seven days. You get a replacement or a full refund, your choice. The snowglobe is glass and ships double-boxed; if it breaks you do not need to send it back.

How long do refunds take?

Issued within about three business days of the return arriving. Your bank then usually takes five to ten business days to show it.

Are these official?

Official Pudgy Penguins product, packed by one person in New York. Everything here is bought at wholesale from the official Pudgy Penguins collection. Nothing is a reproduction and nothing is second-hand.

Something is out of stock. Will it come back?

Usually. Items marked Back soon are ones I stock and intend to restock. Items marked 2027 have not been released yet, so there is no date to give you.

Can you hold something for me?

No, sorry. Stock counts on the site are real and update as orders come in, so holding one back would mean showing you a number that is not true.

Who runs this?

One person in New York, who has been in the Pudgy Penguins community for years and built the shop out of that. Emails reach me, not a queue.
